Young People
Resilience, emotional regulation, conversation, reflection and practical life skills.
Explore →We work with young people, schools and families to build resilience, strengthen emotional skills and create spaces where difficult things can be talked about before they become overwhelming.

That is why our work does not sit in one room or one programme. We work directly with young people, alongside schools, and with the adults who care for them.
Our youth work focuses on helping young people understand what is happening within them, regulate stress and emotion, build resilience, and develop practical ways of navigating relationships, pressure, failure and uncertainty.
A structured programme that helps young people build emotional regulation, distress tolerance, self-awareness and resilience through stories, discussion, practical tools and everyday application.
Informal conversations about growing up, relationships, loneliness, pressure, identity, family and life — without lectures and without judgement.
A space to pause, listen, talk and realise that difficult thoughts and feelings do not have to be carried alone.
100+ young people have received free one-to-one counselling and emotional support through Acrophile Foundation.
We keep this work private, respectful and centred on what the young person is actually experiencing.

Sometimes young people need more than a conversation — they need space away from the noise of everyday life.
Our residency experiences combine reflection, group activity, conversation, creativity and time away from routine to help young people reconnect with themselves and with others.
35 students participated in our Landour residency.
A new digital space designed to help young people build emotional strength, resilience and practical life skills — one small step at a time.
Short, practical sessions will help young people reflect, regulate, build routines and practise tools that can be used in real life.

Schools are often where pressure, comparison, relationships and identity become most visible. They are also one of the best places to build resilience early.
Our school work includes student workshops, teacher engagement, behavioural and emotional assessments, and longer-term partnerships such as Saksham.
150+ teachers have been assessed and engaged through our school work.
Adolescence changes the child, the parent and the relationship between them. Our work helps families understand those changes and respond with greater calm, clarity and connection.
Through workshops, conversations and practical guidance, we help parents understand behaviour, communication, emotional regulation and the developmental realities of adolescence.
1,200+ parents have engaged with Acrophile Foundation so far.
