Support a Young Person’s Mental Wellbeing

Help provide counselling, emotional support, and resilience programmes to young people across India who are struggling in silence.

These Are Our Children

The young people we work with are not very different from our own. They dream, laugh, study, and plan for the future — yet many carry heavy, unseen burdens: anxiety, trauma, family conflict, loneliness, and hopelessness.

What We’re Hearing

Every week, young people from cities, small towns, and remote areas reach out. Stories of abuse, rejection, runaway situations, and deep emotional pain are becoming more common.

How Your Support Helps

Counselling & Emotional Support

20+ hours every week of free, ongoing one-on-one help.

Brewed Fridays

Weekly group sessions where young people connect, reflect, and feel less alone.

Resilient Compass & North of Noise

Structured programmes designed to build long-term emotional strength, resilience, self-awareness, and life skills.
